These Terms and Conditions govern the manner in which Team Global USA Corp ("Company") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.teamglobalusa.com website ("Site"). This Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all products and services offered by Team Global USA Corp.

1. RETURN AND BUYBACK POLICY

1. First 90 Days.
   During the first 90 days after an individual registers to become an Amway Independent Business Owner, the individual may return all BSM of any form purchased, together with proof of purchase, for a 100% refund of the purchase price paid for such BSM.
2. Other purchasers.
   Except as provided in Paragraph 1.C., an end user of BSM may return BSM purchased, together with proof of purchase, within 180 days following purchase for a refund on the following terms:
   1. Resalable ItemsAny resalable item may be returned by IBO to Company within 180 days of the date of purchase for a 100% refund of the original purchase price. An item is determined “resalable” if it satisfies the following requirements: (1) it is unopened and unused; (2) the packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; (3) the product and packaging are in such a condition that it can be resold within the industry at full price; (4) the product is returned to Company within 180 days from the date of purchase; and (5) the item contains current Company labeling. Any item of merchandise that is conspicuously identified at the time of sale as non-returnable or discontinued is not considered “resalable” and is not subject to a refund.
   2. Damaged Items
      Any item that has been damaged during shipment can be exchanged by notifying and returning to Company within 180 days of purchase for a 100% refund.
   3. Defective Items
      Any item that is defective can be exchanged to Company within 180 days of purchase for a 100% refund.
3. Except as provided in Paragraph 1.A., if IBO chooses to sell tickets to seminars, events, and other business meetings, IBO is obligated to buy back tickets purchased for the purchaser’s personal use for a period of 30 days after the event provided the dissatisfied purchaser personally attended the event. Such refund shall be for that portion of the cost of the event related to admission to the event, exclusive of the cost of travel, meals, or hotel accommodations.
4. If IBO chooses to sell website subscriptions, IBO is obligated to provide purchasers who cancel such subscriptions, a refund for unused, whole months of any prepaid subscription(s).
5. If IBO chooses to sell downloadable media, IBO is obligated to provide dissatisfied purchasers a replacement download of equal value within 30 days of purchase of the subject downloadable media.

2. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information,We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

3. NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

A. To improve IBO serviceYour information helps us to more effectively respond to your IBO service requests and support needs.

B. To personalize user experienceWe may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

C.To process transactionsWe may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

D. To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Site featureTo send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

E. To send periodic emailsThe email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

F. To share information with AmwayWe will share your information with Amwway to improve our services and colaborate to help Amway understand the training that our IBOs are receiving. The information that will be shared include and it is not limited to your user information and orders.

6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

7. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and IBO service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website\'s own terms and policies.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN\'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 16, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 16.
